Preparing for your delivery:
All product arrival dates are tentative and based on manufacturer lead times. If your furniture is not in stock at the time of purchase the delivery date listed on your invoice may vary based on product arrival.
During your delivery: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your new furniture or its installation, contact our customer service department prior to the delivery installers leaving your home.
You also have the option to pick up your furniture purchase at our local warehouse, free of charge. You will have the option to select delivery or pick-up at checkout.
Express Customer Pickup
Some of our furniture comes packaged ready to assemble with instructions, parts, and necessary hardware. With Express Customer Pickup, that’s the way you will receive your new furniture, still in the manufacturers’ packaging, and staged for pickup at our warehouse. Please bring tie downs for safe travel.
Premium Customer Pickup
Our staff will unpack, assemble, inspect, deluxe and stage your furniture for pickup at our warehouse. Please bring blankets and tie downs for safe travel home. All for $29.99
*2-hour prior notification required for our warehouse to have your furniture ready for pickup*
*Pickup house: Monday thru Friday 9am to 3pm or by pre-arranged appointment*
*Customer is responsible for securing and protecting loads on all customer pickups*
